R-89-96 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />ESTABLISHING THE BASIC FEE FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND THE <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT CHARGE <br />WHEREAS, Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code authorizes the City <br />Council to establish a Basic Fee and a Stormwater Management Charge for stormwater <br />services in accord with the formula established in that Section 14.01.050; and <br />WHEREAS, after consideration of factors necessary to establish a Basic Fee and the <br />Stormwater Management Charge at a duly noticed public hearing, the City Council has <br />found and determined that the Basic Fee and Stormwater Management Charge should be <br />established as provided in this Resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON HEREBY <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />The Basic Fee and the Stormwater Management Charge for stormwater services <br />authorized pursuant to Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code shall be based <br />upon land use and parcel size as they relate to the generation of stormwater runoff as set <br />forth in the table attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Exhibit A. <br />These fees shall be billed through the San Bernardino County tax assessor's system. The <br />fees set forth on Exhibit A are hereby imposed on all properties within the City. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th of August 1996. <br />ATTEST: <br />��Teresa S.'
