I <br />2 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton <br />does hereby find, determine and declare as follows: <br />3 <br />SECTION 1. It is necessary to make an amendment to the FY2021-22 Budget to increase <br />4 <br />revenues in Local Fiscal Recovery Fund account number 219-5719-000 by $7,440,000 to accept <br />5 <br />6 the first tranche of the City's allocation. <br />7 SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes the use of the Revenue Loss category <br />8 for the City's entire allocation of Local Fiscal Recovery Funds for the provision of government <br />9 services. <br />10 SECTION 3. The City Council hereby (i) authorizes the City Manager or his designee to <br />11 <br />prepare, submit, and publish the required reports regarding the use of the funds and other <br />12 <br />documents in connection with acceptance of these funds and to take such other actions as may be <br />13 <br />14 necessary to carry out the intent of this resolution and for the acceptance and administration of the <br />15 grant, and (ii) ratifies the submittal of any reports previously submitted to the Department of <br />16 Treasury. <br />17 <br />18 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4's day of Janu <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 ATT F A O <br />May <br />22 <br />23 CAROLINA R.
