The first payment for the period <br />October 30 through October 31, 1997 will be $135. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the primary disabling condition is <br />psychological. The member is competent to act on his/her behalf in legally binding retirement <br />matters; and <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18" day of November, 1997. <br />Karl f .
