SANDERS was elected as <br />District 1 Member of the City Council of the City for the full <br />term of four years; <br />RICHARD A. DE LA ROSA was elected as <br />District 2 Member of the City Council of the City for the full <br />term of four years; <br />BETTY L. COOK was elected as District 4 <br />Member of the City Council of the City for the full term of four <br />years; <br />SECTION 5. That the whole number of ballots cast in the <br />ity as to Measure J, except absent voter ballots, was 532. <br />That the whole number of absent voter ballots cast in the <br />ity was 179, making a total of 711 ballots cast in the City. <br />SECTION 6. That the number of votes given at each precinct <br />nd the number of votes given in the City of Colton, California <br />or and against the Measure relating to the Recall of <br />ouncilmember James B. Grimsby were as listed in Exhibit "C" <br />ttached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />SECTION 7. That as a result of the election, a majority of <br />he voters on the Measure relating to the Recall of <br />ouncilmember James B. Grimsby did not vote in favor of it, and <br />he measure was not carried, and shall not be deemed adopted and <br />atified. <br />SECTION 8.
