City of Colton, Public Library, Adult Literacy Services Program, $26,475: The Colton <br />Public Library proposes to provide literacy services at the Pete Luque Branch for low <br />and moderate income adults. Staff will coordinate a free reading and writing <br />instructional program. <br />10.
