R-111-98 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON FOR THE <br />COOPERATIVE FUNDING AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF GRAND TERRACE <br />AND THE CITY OF COLTON <br />FOR THE BARTON ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton desires to participate with the City of Grand Terrace <br />in the replacement of the Barton Road Overhead Bridge (OHD4C - 0379) according to <br />the staff report, and <br />WHEREAS the funding for said replacement will be 80% HBRR, 10% City of <br />Grand Terrace and 10% City of Colton, and <br />WHEREAS, an additional retrofit credit of $244,000.00 will be available if this <br />replacement is accomplished in an expedient time frame. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager of the City of <br />Colton is hereby authorized to implement this agreement on behalf of the City of Colton. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this 15"' day of December, 1998 <br />KARL AN <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
