R-22-98 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R- <br />18-88, CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE, AND <br />AMENDING APPENDIX 64A," PERTAINING TO <br />DESIGNATED POSITIONS, BOARDS AND <br />COMMISSIONS, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. <br />R-121-94. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton did comply with the requirements of the Political <br />Reform Act of 1974, specifically Government Code Section 87300, and did implement a <br />Conflict of Interest Code by adopting Resolution Nos. 3619, 3623, 3659 and R-18-88. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has consistently amended the Conflict of Interest <br />Code to reflect current conditions. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That Appendix "A," pertaining to Designated Positions, Boards and <br />Commissions, or other filers, within the meaning of Government Code Section <br />82019, specifically, the Conflict of Interest Code, shall be amended to read as <br />in the attached Appendix "A" accompanied by the Disclosure Categories found <br />in Appendix "B. " <br />2. That Resolution No. R-121-94 is hereby repealed. <br />3. That all other sections or portions of Resolution No. R-18-88 shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this -17th day of March, 1998. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
