5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />SECTION V: That said premises will be abated by the contractor selected by the City of Colton, <br />as directed by the Fire Chief and in a manner approved by him. <br />SECTION VI: That an administrative fee of seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) per parcel shall be <br />charged. <br />SECTION VII: That upon the conclusion of the Abatement Program, all contractor fees, plus <br />the administrative fee charged to those parcels requiring work and not collected through the <br />normal billing process will be placed on the San Bernardino County Tax Rolls for collection. <br />SECTION VIII: That a list of possible parcels to be abated are on file with the City Clerk. <br />SECTION IX: That objections to such proposed removal of weeds, rubbish, refuse and dirt and <br />the charges therefore, will be heard by the City Council at 6:00 P.M., April 7, 1998, in the City of <br />Colton Council Chambers. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th Day of March, 1998. <br />ATTEST: vKarl E.
