R-26-98 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />ADOPTING JOB CLASSIFICATION TITLES AND SETTING BASIC <br />COMPENSATION RATES FOR FULL-TIME CLASSIFICATIONS OF <br />EMPLOYMENT ESTABLISHED AS OF FISCAL YEAR 1997-98. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton has adopted a budget for Fiscal Year 1997-98,- <br />and <br />997-98; <br />WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 1997-98 Budget authorizes certain classifications of <br />full-time employment in the various departments of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, this resolution consolidates all full-time classifications in the City <br />onto one comprehensive pay and classification resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Colton, California; <br />SECTION I: Resolution No. R -62A-96 and all subsequent amendments are <br />hereby repealed. <br />SECTION II: A pay and classification plan for the City of Colton is hereby <br />adopted as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached to this resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 1998. <br />K E.
