R-28-98 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON PROVIDING RETIREE HEALTH <br />BENEFITS TO DENNIS MORRIS <br />WHEREAS, the City has employed Dennis Morris as Human Resource Director; and <br />WHEREAS, in offering Mr. Morris said position, the City agreed to make Mr. Morris <br />eligible for retiree health benefits, as provided in City of Colton Resolution No. 4598, after <br />five years or more of City service rather than after the twenty years or more of City service <br />applicable in City of Colton Resolution No. 4598. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves an exception to City of Colton <br />Resolution No. 4598 whereby Human Resource Director Dennis Morris will be eligible for <br />retiree health benefits under the terms and conditions set forth in City of Colton Resolution <br />No. 4598 after five years or more of City service rather than after the twenty or more years <br />of City service applicable in City of Colton Resolution No. 4598. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5h day of May, 1998. <br />ATTEST: <br />r <br />arolina P.
