CITY OF COLTON <br />NOTICE INVITING QUALIFICATIONS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that separate sealed Qualifications will be received at <br />the Purchasing Office, 650 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, phone (909) 370-5048, until <br />[Insert Time] on [Insert Date], at which time they will be opened publicly and read for the provision <br />of the following: <br />TOWING FRANCHISE SERVICE <br />Detailed information and specifications may be obtained from the Purchasing Office, <br />650 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, California. Said specifications, proposal forms and contract <br />documents are hereby referred to and incorporated herein, and made a part hereof by reference and <br />all proposals must strictly comply therewith. All proposals must be on forms furnished by the City <br />of Colton, sealed and clearly identify the proposal number, proposer name, and address. <br />The City of Colton reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive <br />minor irregularities, or disqualify any proposals that contain false or misleading information, accept <br />any proposals or portion thereof, and to take all proposals under advisement for a period of ninety <br />(90) days.
