Best Best & Krieger LLP is hereby appointed as City Attorney to serve at the <br />pleasure of the City Council. <br />2. Best Best & Krieger is hereby authorized to work with those individuals and <br />law firms designated as special legal counsel in the Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />3. The appointment of the City Attorney as provided for in this Resolution shall <br />remain in effect until rescinded by a subsequent Resolution of the City Council. <br />4. All other resolutions and agreements appointing other individuals and/or law <br />firms as City Attorney or general counsel to the City are hereby rescinded. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 1998. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina P.
