R-61-98 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE FY97-98 BUDGET TO ALLOCATE <br />FUNDING FOR SEWER DEVELOPMENT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved an operating budget for the City <br />of Colton on June 30, 1997 (the Budget); and <br />WHEREAS, an allocation is necessary in the Sewer Development <br />Fund; and <br />WHEREAS, an amendment to the 1997-98 budget is deemed <br />necessary. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton hereby <br />resolves as follows: <br />SECTION 1: The Budget is hereby amended to allocate $348,000 for <br />Sewer Development Capital Improvements for the RIX Facility Basin <br />Remediation Project. <br />SECTION 2: With regard to revenue sources for funding of the <br />allocation for Sewer Development Capital Improvements set forth in Section 1 <br />hereof, the following budget amendments are adopted: <br />1. The Sewer Development Unappropriated Balance is <br />hereby decreased in the amount of $348,000. <br />2.
