R-69 -98 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE BASIC FEE <br />FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND THE <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT CHARGE <br />WHEREAS, Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code authorizes <br />the City Council to establish a Basic Fee and a Stormwater Management <br />Charge for stormwater services in accord with the formula established in that <br />Section 14.01.050; and <br />WHEREAS, after consideration of factors necessary to establish a Basic <br />Fee and the Stormwater Management Charge at a duly noticed public hearing, <br />the City Council has established the Basic Fee and Stormwater Management <br />Charge by Resolution R-89-96; and <br />WHEREAS, the basic fee and formula of the established Stormwater <br />Management Charge remains unchanged, additional San Bemardino County <br />land use codes now apply. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />The Basic Fee and the Stormwater Management Charge for stormwater <br />services authorized pursuant to Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code <br />shall be based upon land use and parcel size as they relate to the generation of <br />stormwater runoff as set forth in the table attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference as Exhibit A. These fees shall be billed through the <br />San Bemardino County tax assessor's system. The fees set forth on Exhibit A <br />are hereby imposed on all properties within the City. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this fourth day of August, 1998. <br />Z 1r) <br />KARL E.
