R -62-98 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE <br />ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF THE <br />INTERSECTION OF 6th AND "K" STREET <br />Be it resolved BY THE City Council of the City of Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby declare <br />its intention to order the abandonment of a portion of the intersection of 6th and "KH street. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, reference is hereby <br />made to the map on file in the office of the City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the 1st day of Sept, 1998, in the <br />Council Chambers in the City Hall, Colton, California, be and the same is hereby fixed as <br />the time and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed <br />abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />SECTION 3. That John C.
