DAVID EVANS AND ASSOCIATES, September 15, 1998 EXHIBIT "A" LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR THE ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF "IC STREET AND SIXTH STREET Those portions of "K" Street, 80.00 feet wide, and Sixth Street, 80.00 feet wide, as shown on the map of the Town of Colton, in the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California, recorded in Book 9, Page 37 of Maps in the office of said County Recorder described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the westerly line of said Sixth Street with the northerly line of said "K" Street; thence along the northerly line of said "K" Street, South 80°31'08" East, 200.10 feet to the beginning of a non -tangent curve, concave easterly and having a radius of 50.00 feet, a radial line of said curve bears North 47°50'07" West; thence leaving said northerly line, Southerly 94.74 feet along said curve through a central angle of 108'34'10" to the northerly prolongation of the easterly line of Lot 11, Block 158, as shown on said map of Town of Colton; thence along said prolongation, South 09'29'18 " West, 4.51 feet to the southerly line of said "K" Street; thence along said southerly line, North 80°31'08" West, 150.00 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 16, Block 158, as shown on said map of Town of Colton; thence along the westerly line of said Lot 16, also being the easterly line of Sixth Street, South 09'29'18" West, 150.00 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 16,- thence 6; thence along the westerly prolongation of the south line of said Lot 16, North 80°31'08" West, 47.60 feet to the beginning of a non -tangent curve, concave southeasterly and having a radius of 547.96 feet, a radial line of said curve bears North 60°01'52" West; thence Southwesterly 146.34 feet along said curve through a central angle of 15°18'06" to the westerly line of said Sixth Street; thence along said westerly line, North 09'29'18 " East, 372.26 feet to the Point of Beginning.
