The conditions of the extension of the term of the Permit shall be those <br />contained in the Addendum, Exhibit A, which will be attached and <br />incorporated in the Permit as additional terms of the Permit. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this fifteenth day of September, 1998. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
