MAINTENANCE OF BENEFITS: Al1 other terms and conditions of <br />employment in existence immediately prior to the effective date <br />of this MOU and not altered by this MOU, shall remain the same, <br />VI. <br />unchanged, and in full force and effect unless altered by the <br />mutual agreement of the City and the Union.. <br />WAIVER CLAUSE: Except as stated in other portions of this MOU <br />the City and the Union, for the life of this MOU, each agrees <br />that the other shall not be obligated to meet and confer with <br />respect to any subject or matter referred to or covered in this <br />MOU.
