R-8-99 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA REVISING <br />CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY NO. 17, RENDERING AND PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a general law city, duly organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of California and situated in the County of San <br />Bernardino; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has jurisdiction over the <br />implementation of rules and fees for the Electric Utility as propounded in the <br />Customer Service Policy. <br />WHEREAS, the revisions proposed shall provide for equal monthly payments for <br />utility customers with higher summer or winter utility bills. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Colton City Council hereby adopts <br />a revision to Customer Service Policy No. 17 as attached in Exhibit "A" and made a <br />part hereof. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 1911, day of January, 1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
