Support the submission of two projects by City staff for the Washington <br />Street Congestion Mitigation Project on Washington Street at Reche <br />Canyon and at Hunts Lane. <br />2. Accepts and agrees with the project implementation scheduled as outlined <br />within the proposal. <br />3. Agrees to fund from available resources the dollars necessary to meet the <br />local matching requirement. <br />4.
