The above recitals set forth above are true and correct in all respects. <br />2. The Mayor, City Treasurer, the Deputy City Treasurer, and all other <br />officers of the City, or such other persons designated by the City <br />Manager, are hereby directed, for and on behalf of the City, to do any <br />and all things and take any and all actions deemed necessary or <br />advisable in order to effect the purposes of this Resolution. <br />3. The findings and determinations herein shall be final and conclusive. <br />This Resolution shall take effect upon the date of its adoption. <br />PASSED APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21" day of December, 1999. <br />4TTEST.
