EXHIBIT A <br />LEGAL -DESCRIPTIONS OF HANNA STREET <br />TO BE VACATED <br />PARCEL A <br />That portion of A Street, now known as Hanna Street, shown on the <br />map of Pettijohn Subdivision of block 14 of Colton Addition, in <br />the City of Colton, as recorded in Book 14 of maps, Page 31, <br />Records of San Bernardino County California, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 11 of said Pettijohn <br />Subdivision, said corner also being a point on the Northerly line <br />of said A street; <br />Thence Southerly along a line perpendicular to said Northerly line <br />of A Street 40;00 feet to the centerline of said A Street; <br />Thence Westerly along said centerline of A Street to an <br />intersection with the Easterly right-of-way line of the Burlington <br />Northern and Santa Fe Railway; <br />Thence Northeasterly along said Easterly line to the Northerly <br />line of said A street, <br />Thence Easterly along said Northerly line to the point of <br />beginning. <br />PARCEL B <br />That portion of A Street, now known as Hanna Street, shown on the <br />map of Colton Addition, in the City of Colton, as recorded in Book <br />6 of Maps, Page 10, Records of San Bernardino County California, <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at Northeasterly corner of Lot 4, Block 17, of said <br />Colton Addition, said corner also being a point on the Southerly <br />line of said A Street; <br />Thence Northerly along a line perpendicular to said Southerly line <br />of A Street a distance of 40.00 feet to the centerline of said A <br />Street; <br />Thence Westerly along said centerline of A Street to an <br />intersection with the Easterly right-of-way line of the Burlington <br />Northern and Santa Fe Railway; <br />Thence Southerly along said Easterly line to the Southerly line of <br />Said A Street; <br />Thence Easterly along said Southerly line to the point of <br />beginning. <br />
