EXHIBIT A LEGAL -DESCRIPTIONS OF HANNA STREET TO BE VACATED PARCEL A That portion of A Street, now known as Hanna Street, shown on the map of Pettijohn Subdivision of block 14 of Colton Addition, in the City of Colton, as recorded in Book 14 of maps, Page 31, Records of San Bernardino County California, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 11 of said Pettijohn Subdivision, said corner also being a point on the Northerly line of said A street; Thence Southerly along a line perpendicular to said Northerly line of A Street 40;00 feet to the centerline of said A Street; Thence Westerly along said centerline of A Street to an intersection with the Easterly right-of-way line of the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway; Thence Northeasterly along said Easterly line to the Northerly line of said A street, Thence Easterly along said Northerly line to the point of beginning.
