R-04-00 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ACCEPTING AN <br />ADDITIONAL $30,000 IN "STATE LIBRARY GRANT FUNDS" AND TO AMEND THE <br />ADOPTED BUDGET FOR FY 1999/2000. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to building a more literate community; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Governor and State Legislature approved additional funding for the"State Library <br />Grant Fund" program; and <br />WHEREAS, a continuing need exists to maintain and upgrade the library's automated book checkout <br />system and its facilities and services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Cotton accept an <br />additional $30,000 in "State Library Grand Funds: and to amend the adopted budget for FY 1999/2000. <br />Library Grant Rev. "State Library Fund" 211-5772 Increase by $30,000 <br />Library Grant Expend.
