R-3 -00 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />UPHOLDING THE PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION REGARDING <br />THE REQUEST FOR DESIGN REVIEW AND A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PJiRMIT TO ESTABLISH A RECREATION VEHICLE CENTER IN APC <br />PLAN�IED COMMUNITY) ZONE FOR FILE INDEX NUMBER DC -69-99 <br />"RE Planning Commission of the City of Colton did hold a Public Hearing <br />for File de Number C-69-99 on February 8, 2000, to consider the applicant's request for <br />Design Re 'e and a C ndit nal Use Permit to establish a recreational vehicle center in a PC <br />(Planned Com unity) Zone; <br />WHEREA the Planning Commission denied File Index Number DC -69-99; and <br />WHEREAS, the plicant has pealed said Appealed Decision within the required <br />time frame; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Co 1 find that the appeal is unjustified, based on the <br />information provided, including all wri and oral(e3*ce in the record. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RES\rin <br />by the C' Council of the City of Colton <br />that the decision of the Planning Commissioe A Baled Decision was correct and <br />be it further resolved that the City Counciaffirm their findings and decision and <br />thereby denies the applicant's appeal. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th 1kay of March, 2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
