R-32-00 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, REVISING CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY NO. 197 <br />DISPUTED OR ERRONEOUS BILLS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a general law city, duly organized and <br />existing under the laws of the State of California and situated in the County <br />of San Bernardino; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has jurisdiction over the <br />implementation of rules and fees for the Electric Utility as propounded in the <br />Customer Service Policy. <br />WHEREAS, the revisions proposed shall reduce costs and improve <br />customer relations with respect to the payment of undisputed charges. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Colton City Council hereby <br />adopts Customer Service Policy No. 19 as attached and made a part hereof. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina P.
