2021 NOVEMBER 16 CC/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 5 - <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS <br />City Manager announced the December 7, 2021 Regular Council Meeting will be cancelled as Counci lmembers <br />will be attending the Annual ICSE (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities) Conference (12/5 – 12/7/2021); <br />expected date to return is on December 7, 2021; recommended to cancel with no objection by Council. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />At 7:06 p.m. Mayor Navarro adjourned the Regular Council Meeting in Memorium of Deputy City Clerk <br />Jacqueline Shook. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION (cont’d) <br />City Attorney Campos announced the City Council would continue to Closed Session to discuss Item D. <br /> <br />D.
