2022 JANUARY 18 CC/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 4 - <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Mayor Navarro presents the Consent Calendar Items 3 through 8. <br /> <br />Councilmembers present selected items for discussion and clarification by staff: CM Suchil, Item 8, will be <br />voting NO on this item. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM González/MPT Koperski to approve the consent calendar Item 3 through 8. <br />Vote: Unanimous with CM Suchil voting NO on Item 8. <br /> <br />(3) Minutes - Approval of Minutes for the City Council Regular Meetings Held on December 21, 2021 and <br />January 4, 2022. <br /> <br />(4) Warrants - Approve voucher numbers 196371 to 196436 dated 12/23/2021 and totaling $826,131.89; <br />voucher numbers 196437to 196524 dated 12/28/2021 and totaling $79,290.45; voucher numbers <br />196525 to 196668 dated 12/30/2021 and totaling 1,306,762.18 and payroll disbursement listing dated <br />11/13/2021 to 11/26/2021 and totaling $821,144.46. <br /> <br />(5) Agreement - Rivers & Lands Conservancy - Approve Endowment Management Agreement with the <br />Rivers & Lands Conservancy. <br /> <br />(6) Investment Authority - City Treasurer - Approve and Adopt a Resolution for the City Council to <br />delegate Investment Authority to the City Treasurer, RESOLUTION NO.
