R -68A-00 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AFFORDING COMPENSATION TO THE CITY CLERK AND <br />RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. R-31-00 <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1572 fixes the salary for the position of City Clerk at $370 <br />per month, and authorizes the City Council to provide, by Resolution supplemental <br />compensation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Supplemental compensation for City Clerk Carolina Barrera, shall be fixed <br />at the sum of $4,095 per month, in addition to the sum of $370 per month provided by <br />Ordinance No. 1572, for a total compensation of $4,465 per month effective July 8, 2000. <br />SECTION 2. Supplemental compensation is specifically authorized for the performance <br />of City Clerk, Carolina Barrera. <br />SECTION 3. Supplemental compensation shall not be provided to subsequent City <br />Clerks, unless so authorized by the City Council. <br />SECTION 4.
