R-69-00 <br />2 <br />3 AMENDING RESOLUTION R-98-98 OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER <br />4 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR <br />MEMBERS OF THE COLTON POLICE OFFICERS <br />5 ASSOCIATION (RANK AND FILE UNIT) AND THE CITY <br />6 OFCOLTON <br />7 <br />8 WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the results of meetings <br />9 <br />between representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the Colton Police Officers <br />10 <br />11 Association (Rank and File Unit) held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et. Seg.. <br />12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of Understanding, <br />13 marked Exhibits "A" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof and <br />14 adopted hereby. <br />15 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be effective <br />16 <br />17 as of July 1, 2000, contingent upon signature of the City's representative. <br />18 PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of August, 2000. <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />DEIRDRE H.
