R-70-00 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR MEMBERS <br />OF THE COLTON POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the results of meetings <br />between representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the Colton Police <br />Management Association held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et. Seq•• <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of Understanding, <br />marked Exhibit "A " and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof and <br />adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be effective <br />as of July 1, 2000, contingent upon signature of the City's representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1 5th day of 6j000. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
