R-78-00 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON ACCEPTING AN ADDITIONAL $25,000 I N "STATE <br />LIBRARY GRANT FUNDS" AND TO AMEND THE ADOPTED <br />BUDGET FOR FY 2000/2001. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to building a more <br />literate community; and <br />WHEREAS, the Governor and State Legislature approved additional funding for <br />the "State Library Grant Fund" program; and <br />WHEREAS, a continuing need exists to maintain and upgrade the library's <br />automated book checkout system and its facilities and services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Coltor <br />accept an additional $25,000 in "State Library Grant Funds" and to amend the adoptec <br />budget for FY 2000/2001. <br />Library Grant Rev. "State Library Fund" 211-5772 Increase by $25,000 <br />Library Grant Expend. "State Library Fund" 21 1-7100-7104-2302 Increase by <br />$25,000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 3rd DAY OF OCTOBER 2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
