The City Council does declare and determine that: <br />CAROLINA PADILLA BARRERA was elected at large as <br />the City Clerk of the City for the full term of four years; <br />MICHAEL J. WILLIAMS was elected at large as the City <br />Treasurer of the City for the full term of four years; <br />KELLY J. CHASTAI N was elected as District 3 Member of <br />the City Council of the City for the full term of four years; <br />DEIRDRE H. BENNETT was elected as District 5 Member <br />of the City Council of the City for the full term of four years; <br />SARAH S. ZAMORA was elected as District 6 Member of <br />the City Council of the City for the full term of four years; <br />SECTION 5. That the whole number of ballots cast in the City as to the <br />Special Municipal Election for Mayor to be elected to fill the unexpired term of the <br />former incumbent, except absent voter ballots, was 7,957. <br />That the whole number of absent voter ballots cast in the City was 1,471 <br />making a total of 9,428 ballots cast in the City. <br />SECTION 6.
