R-04-01 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68-00 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, Human Resource Department has determined that <br />the City's current rate of compensation for the position of Administrative Secretary is lower than the rate paid by <br />the City to a subordinate position; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the compensation for the position of Administrative <br />Secretary by establishing a new hourly rate which brings it in line with the rate schedules for subordinate <br />administrative positions. <br />BE IT NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: Resolution No. 68-00, establishing a full-time Pay and Classification Plan for the City of <br />Colton, is hereby amended as follows: <br />SALARY <br />CLASSIFICATION RANGE A B C D E <br />Administrative Secretary 126 2384 2503 2628 2759 2897 <br />SECTION 2.
