The City Council of the City of Colton does hereby approve and adopt the <br />proposed amendments to the Conflict of Interest Code, specifically, the "Designated Positions" <br />I identified as Appendix "A," attached hereto and made a part hereof, and the "Disclosure Categories" <br />I identified as Appendix "B," attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2. The City Council does declare that Resolution No. R-18-99 is repealed. <br />3. The City Council does ordain that all other sections or portions of Resolution <br />I No. R-18-88 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />4. The City Council of the City of Colton does hereby adopt, incorporate by <br />reference and make a part hereof, any and all amendments to 2 Cal.
