the City's interests and exercising the authority of the City with respect to the Coverage and the <br />program and voting on behalf of the City on all matters delegated to the Governing Board and signing <br />such amendments as are contemplated to be approved by the Governing Board under the Liability Risk <br />Coverage Agreement and the Trust Agreement, and such individuals shall keep this Council informed <br />of such matters on a timely basis. <br />Section 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and <br />thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect. <br />RESOLVED FURTHER that a certified copy of this Resolution shall be provided to <br />the General Manager of the ICRMA. <br />ATTEST: <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 2001. <br />i <br />CAROLINA P.
