R-107-01 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND TWENTY-YEAR TRANSPORTATION <br />PLAN <br />WHEREAS, San Bernardino County voters approved passage of Measure I <br />November 1989 authorizing San Bernardino Associated Governments, acting as the Sar <br />Bernardino County Transportation Authority, to impose a one-half of one percent retai <br />transactions and use tax applicable in the incorporated and unincorporated territory of the <br />County of San Bernardino; and <br />WHEREAS, revenue from the tax can only be used for transportation improvement an <br />traffic management programs authorized in the Expenditure Plans set forth in Ordinance No <br />1 of the Authority; and <br />WHEREAS, Expenditure Plans of the Ordinance require each local jurisdiction receivi <br />revenue from the tax to expend those funds pursuant to a Five -Year Capital Improve <br />IProgram and a Twenty -Year Transportation Plan adopted by resolution of the local jurisdiction <br />land <br />WHEREAS, Expenditure Plans of the Ordinance also require that each local jurisdi <br />annually adopt and update the Five and Twenty -Year Plans; <br />lllllllllllll lllllllllll <br />lllllllllllll lllllllllll <br />(lllllllllll lllllllllll <br />lllllllllllll IlllllH1111 <br />lllllllllll lllllllllll <br />
