R-114-01 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING <br />JULY 1, 2001 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2002 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1 <br />2001, and ending June 30, 2002, was approved and adopted on June 15, 2001; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances o <br />the City and all applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may bE <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments, and (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be b) <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOE; <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2001/2002 Fisca <br />Year Budget, increasing the Professional Services Expenditure Account in the Traffic Fee Func <br />Account Number 249-6900-6910-2350 and decreasing the Unappropriated Fund BalancE <br />Account Number 249-2970 for the amount of $18,000. <br />SECTION 2.
