Such easements as may be necessary for the City, and any <br />franchisee of the City or its successor in interest, to construct, maintain, operate, <br />replace, enlarge, remove and renew lines of pipe, conduits, cables, wires, gas mains, <br />underground conduits, poles, anchors, and other convenient structures, equipment, <br />and fixtures for the operation of gas pipelines and for the transportation and <br />distribution of electrical energy and gas, and incidental purposes, and appurtenances <br />and appurtenant work in, upon, over, above, across, under, below and beneath that <br />portion of Eucalyptus Avenue proposed to be vacated. <br />SECTION 3: Recorded Date. The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of <br />this resolution to be recorded with the San Bernardino County Recorder's Office. In <br />accordance with Section 8336 of the California Streets and Highway Code, from and <br />after the date of such recordation, that portion of Eucalyptus Avenue described in <br />Exhibit "A" will no longer constitute or be used as a public street or highway and no <br />further action or proof of such vacation shall be required. <br />SECTION 4: Effective Date.
