EXHIBIT A <br />AMENDMENT TO THE <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BY AND BETWEEN <br />THE ELECTRICAL UNIT (IBEW) <br />AND THE CITY OF COLTON <br />This document contains a modification to the agreement executed in October of 2000, <br />between the Electric Unit (IBEW) and the City of Colton. This modification shall be <br />incorporated into the comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and will be <br />placed into effect as of July 1, 2000. <br />Section 1. Compensation: The Union agrees amending the compensatory time <br />language in Article II, Section 3, Subsection 2 of the comprehensive MOU as follows: <br />"In lieu of receiving overtime pay pursuant to Section A in the MOU, an <br />employee may elect to receive compensatory time off at the rate of two (2) times <br />the actual hours worked, including travel time from and to the employee's <br />residence. <br />Section 2.
