SBCOHHW will continue participating in the <br />City of Colton community events to provide outreach to the community. Currently they <br />participate in Community Dump Days, Earth Days and Oil Filter Events; and <br />WHEREAS, The goal is to continue growing the program, providing information to the <br />community (in English and Spanish), advertising and being a resource for the residents of the <br />City of Colton. If approved the new contract will become in effect July 1, 2022 through June 30, <br />2027; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton accepts the <br />fire year agreement from SBCOHHW; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the City Council approves the agreement amount of a gradual <br />0.25% increase each year over 5 years; and <br />1. Approve the amount included in the proposed budget request for FY 22/23 in account 722- <br />6150-8215-2241 and; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager, or his/her designee is hereby authorized <br />
