R-16-01 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2000 AND ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 2001 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July <br />1, 2000 and ending June 30, 2001 was approved and adopted on June 08, 1999; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has become necessary to make amendments to the 2000/2001 Fiscal <br />Year Budget. <br />SECTION 2. The amendments are hereby approved and adopted as Exhibit "A," which <br />is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF February, 2001. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
