Findings. The City finds that the forgoing recitals are true and <br />correct. <br />Section 2. Approval to Submit EDA Grant Application. The City <br />Manager or Redevelopment Director are hereby authorized to submit the Grant <br />Application to the EDA for $1,000,000 for the construction of infrastructure <br />improvements to serve an industrial site and other properties being developed by <br />East Valley Land Company. <br />Section 3. Execution of Agreements. The City Manager or <br />Redevelopment Director are herewith authorized to execute all documents and <br />related agreements necessary to effectuate the submittal of the grant application. <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
