The Engineer's Annual Levy Report <br />as ordered by previous Resolution provides a description of all <br />improvements and any or all substantial changes to the <br />improvements within the District. <br />Section 3 Boundaries and Designation: The boundaries of the District are <br />described as the boundaries previously defined in the formation <br />documents of the original District. The District includes five (5) <br />Benefit Zones: Cooley Ranch (Zone 1); La Loma Hills (Zone 3); <br />Old Colton (Zone 4); Reche Canyon (Zone 5); and West Valley <br />(Zone 8). The District is designated as "Colton Landscape and <br />Lighting Maintenance Assessment District No. 1." <br />Section 4 Proposed Assessment Amounts: The proposed assessments for <br />Fiscal Year 2001/2002 are within the maximum assessments <br />previously approved by the property owners within each Zone <br />and the proposed assessments for all Zones are outlined in the <br />Engineer's Annual Levy Report. <br />A <br />
