The City Manager is hereby authorized to approve up to a one-year extension <br />of the pre -qualified list; and <br />SECTION 4. The City may delete consultants from pre -qualified status without cause at <br />any time, may enter into one or more "on call" contracts with pre -qualified consultants, and may <br />utilize consultants who are not pre -qualified for purposes of providing specialized environmental <br />services that may not be available from pre -qualified consultants. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2022. <br />City of Colton <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina R.
