R-56-01 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON RECLASSIFYING SIX EMPLOYEE <br />POSITIONS AND APPROVING A CONSOLIDATED <br />SALARY SCHEDULE FOR ALL FULL TIME EMPLOYEES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton Human Resource Department has completed <br />studies regarding possible reclassification of certain employee positions; and <br />WHEREAS, reclassification of certain employee positions was found to be <br />appropriate based on documentation presented in the studies; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the reclassifications and <br />changes as indicated by the Human Resource Department studies. <br />BE IT NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED AS: <br />SECTION 1: The classification of one Maintenance Worker III shall be <br />changed to Environmental Compliance Technician. <br />SECTION 2: The classification of Senior Substation Electrician shall be <br />changed to Substation Operations Supervisor. <br />SECTION 3: The classification of one Administrative Secretary shall be <br />changed to Executive Secretary. <br />SECTION 4: The classification of Neighborhood Services Coordinator shall <br />be changed to Recreation Services Supervisor. <br />SECTION 5: The classification of Administrative Analyst II shall be changed <br />to Capital Improvement Project Coordinator. <br />2811 SECTION 6: The classification of Information Systems Contract <br />
