R <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001/2002 <br />WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING STATE PRE- <br />SCHOOL CHILD CARE AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />PERTINENT DOCUMENTS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton, San Bernardino <br />County, California, hereby authorizes entering into local agreement number GPRE-1265 and, <br />that the persons who are listed below, are authorized to sign the applicable documents for the <br />entity to effectuate the City Council's authorization of agreement No. GPRE-1265. <br />DARYL PARRISH, City Manager <br />Wgnature <br />The above signature shall be attested to by <br />CAROLINA P.
