RESOLUTION NO. R-97-01 <br />1 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />2 CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 19 2001 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2002 <br />3 <br />4 WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing <br />5 <br />July 1, 2001 and ending June 30, 2002 was approved and adopted on August 7, 2001; and <br />6 <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances <br />7 <br />of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />8 <br />9 WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities <br />10 may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be <br />11 by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />12 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />13 HEREBY <br />14 RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />15 <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2001/2002 Fiscal <br />16 <br />Year Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account Number 100- <br />17 <br />6070-6081-2301, and increase the Revenue Account Number 100-6764 for the amount of <br />18 <br />$82,802. <br />19 <br />20 <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />21 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 2001. <br />22 <br />23 <br />DEIRDRE H.
