The City Manager, the Tieasurer and tl <br />Finance Director in their joint discretion are authorized to guarantee t1 <br />obligat�ons of fhe City io make renta/ payments under the Lease by mone <br />credited to the Motor Vehicle License Fee Account in the Transportation T <br />Fund to which the City is entitled at the time of the guarantee payment und <br />Chapter 5(commencing with Section 91009) of Parf 5 of Division 2 of the Reven� <br />and Taaration Code. <br />O�cia/ Actions.
