R-10-02 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2001 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2002. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commenci <br />July 1, 2001, and ending June 30, 2002, was approved and adopted on August 7, 2001 <br />and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordina <br />and the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The reallocation of appropriations between departmental activitie <br />may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Bud <br />shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOE <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2001/2 <br />Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Accc <br />Number 100-6070-6085-1010, and increase the Revenue Account Number 100-6 <br />for the amount of $100,011.60. <br />SECTION 2: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorpor� <br />herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January, 2002. <br />06 1 *A kl D, t �A /m <br />ATTEST: DEIRDRE H.
