R-107-02 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2002 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2003 <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year <br />commencing July 1, 2002 and ending June 30, 2003 was approved and adopted on <br />June 18, 2002; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2002/2003 <br />Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the Capital Expenditure account in the Fire <br />Department Account Number 100-6090-6091-3890 in the amount of $236,485, and <br />increase the Revenue estimate in Account Number 100-5776 in the amount of <br />$20,000. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated <br />herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
